Background:
NSW Parks needed to change their text heavy website into a more enticing customer experience, as part of their 3 year digital roadmap.


Solution:
Staring with an image based approach, we re-engineered the whole UX, IA and UI to be more customer focused and encourage more visitors to the parks in NSW.


Outcome:
National NSW Parks had an increased visitor rate year on year.
